A summary
We do a mixture of boxing technique training basic and boxing fitness as well as games. We do other sports such as football and rounders, to help develop multi sport skills and team work. Lunch is provided and is a healthy meal along with other snacks and water. Wellness activities such as meditation, stretching and yoga are part of the camp which has become some of the kids favourite activities. Many of our attendees have gone on to join our boxing club and have competed for us which is testament to how much they enjoy the camp.

We are a boxing gym in the Everton area and have deep roots in the community. We develop multiple champions each year in the ring but more importantly outside of the ring. Founded in 1974 we have always been a staple of the community and continue to be, producing some of the best talents this country has seen.
