What we'll do

Tarporley is ran as a multi sports club. We will be providing lots of different sports to try each session. We want the children to improve on their skills and hopefully learn more in the process. Our dedicated sports coaches will be promoting the importance of keeping our bodies healthy and also a healthy mind. We will work on team work and the importance of being a good team player. We will also have chance to take part in a nerf battle which hopefully some willing parents will take part in at the end of the session.

About your mentors

S4YC

Helping children to realise their capability.

Through all of our settings and activities we help children realise their capabilities. Wellbeing and positive mental health are promoted, we help improve social skills and support forming strong friendships. We encourage all of our children to take part in physical activities everyday and explain the importance of keeping fit and healthy. We also promote healthy eating and encourage the children to try new foods.

I work at S4YC, working in primary schools delivering PE across the Cheshire & Merseyside areas. I have been doing this for the last 10 years and I have loved every minute of it. I love developing and seeing other children being a part of sport I want to continue seeing more children being active but also socialising with others to gain new friends but also making new skills.
