Join our exciting Healthy Holidays Touch Rugby League Session for young people aged 12–16.
Our experienced coaches will provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where participants can develop their touch rugby league skills through a range of fun, fast-paced activities, small-sided games, and skill-based challenges. Whether you're completely new to touch rugby league or already have experience, the sessions are designed to improve confidence, teamwork, communication, agility, and decision-making while ensuring everyone enjoys being active.
The session will take place on the community pitches behind the East Stand at Sewell Group Craven Park, the home of Hull Kingston Rovers, offering an inspiring setting for young people to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy a healthy holiday experience. With a focus on non-contact play, touch rugby league provides a fun and accessible way to experience the sport in a welcoming environment. All abilities are welcome, and our friendly coaching team will ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate, develop their skills, and have fun.
