Want to try climbing? Our taster sessions are ideal for beginners or those returning to climbing after some time. Held daily in North Devon, these sessions offer a safe and fun environment to learn the basics under the guidance of experienced instructors.
In this hour-long session, you’ll be introduced to top-rope climbing. The session begins with a briefing on safety and climbing techniques, where our qualified instructors will explain how to use the equipment and the basic principles of climbing.
Once you’re comfortable, you’ll get the chance to climb various routes on our indoor walls. Throughout the session, your instructor will manage the ropes and provide tips to help you improve. By the end, you’ll have gained a sense of accomplishment and a good understanding of climbing basics.
