This experience is not about exercise or reaching a destination, but rather a deliberate invitation to slow down, disconnect from digital noise, and immerse your awareness in the living world around you. Open to all of those who are seeking to become rooted and rested in nature!

Using forest learning, creative arts, storytelling, nature studies, outdoor adventures, games, play and eco-therapy, we aim to support the growth and development of resilient children and young people, committed to the future stewardship of the natural environment.
