Give your child the opportunity to learn, create, and stay active this summer with our exciting Coding HAF programme!
Participants will develop valuable digital skills through coding challenges, LEGO STEM projects, and game development using Roblox Studio, where they'll explore 3D modelling and programming in a fun and hands-on environment!
Alongside the technology activities, children will enjoy outdoor games and football sessions led by a qualified coach, helping them build confidence, teamwork, creativity, and new friendships⚽
With a perfect balance of education and fun, our programme keeps children engaged, active and inspired throughout the day!

Where is the activity located?
Coombe Hill Junior School. A sign for WLC Coding and Robotics will be displayed at the reception to help you find us.
Can I park at the site?
Yes, there is limited on-site parking available. Pick-up and drop-off spaces are located directly outside the premises.
What type of clothing is suitable?
Comfortable clothing is recommended as participants will be taking part in both indoor and outdoor physical activities.
Do participants need to bring their own devices?
No, all necessary equipment and devices will be provided during the sessions. However, it is encouraged so the participant can save their work on their own device!
What time does the activity run?
Session times are from 10:00-14:00
Is food provided?
Participants are encouraged to bring their own packed lunch and water (please ensure food is nut-free), however we do provide lunch.
Who will be supervising the children?
All sessions are led by trained staff with experience in coding education, supported by qualified coaches for physical activities.
What age group is this for?
The programme is designed for children aged 6 and above.
Do children need prior coding experience?
No prior experience is needed. Activities are designed to support complete beginners as well as those with some experience.
What will my child learn?
Children will learn coding, game development, robotics, and problem-solving skills through fun, hands-on projects.
Is the environment safe?
Yes, all activities are run in a supervised and safe environment with appropriate safeguarding procedures in place.

WLC Coding
WLC Coding and Robotics delivers engaging STEM education through programming games on Roblox and creating mods in Minecraft. Students also design and build robots through our in depth robotics curriculum, gaining hands on experience with real world engineering and problem solving! Our technology programmes run all year round and include learning in web development, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, all made accessible to students from the age of 6!
