A summary
Green Sky days in the woods are largely directed by the interests of the children/young people attending.
They might choose to to cook on the campfire, play in the mud kitchen, climb hills, play team games, chill in hammocks, build an epic den or hone their whittling skills.
If there is anything in particular your child would like to take part in during the session please let us know.
We are an inclusive community that celebrates our unique contribution and aims to accommodate for each learners needs.

I first came to Forest School in 2018 as a parent with my 2 small boys and I am thankful to have found my home within this brilliant community. I started out as a Playworker, leading wrap around childcare and holiday clubs, trained and worked as a Primary School Teacher and completed my Forest School L3 in 2022. I often joke that I'm a 'reformed' Teacher but my heart, and much of my practice in Early Years, has always been outdoors. Over the last 5 years I've experienced for myself and observed in others (my own children and groups we have had the pleasure of being with in the woods), the positive impact of Forest School on wellbeing, self esteem, relationships to name a few. And will continue to advocate for and work towards equitable access to urban green spaces.
