HASTINGS COUNTRY PARK - ADVENTURE DAY Free outdoor activities for children in Hastings. A joyful afternoon of outdoor play and adventure in one of Hastings’ most beautiful natural spaces. Children will explore, play, and roam the Country Park, building confidence, friendships, and a deeper connection to nature. THIS IS A DROP OFF SESSION (PARENTS DO NOT STAY). This outdoor play and adventure session gives children the freedom to move, explore, and play in a safe, supported environment, guided by our experienced and friendly staff team. Bring drink and a snack (Eat lunch before attending) MEET AT THE BALE HOUSE - HASTINGS COUNTRY PARK XCAR PARK. FREE FOR ALL CHILDREN All local children can attend these sessions for free. We also ensure a percentage of spaces are held for children who may benefit most, helping to make these sessions accessible to families across our town. These sessions are very popular and book up quickly. Book early to avoid disappointment BEFORE BOOKING At Project Rewild we work in outdoor wild spaces, which means there are some natural limitations to the level of individual support we can safely provide. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, we ask parents/carers to contact us before booking if their child: • Has displayed significant behavioural difficulties in school or group settings that may require additional adult support. • Has learning disabilities that may require a higher staff ratio or one-to-one support. • Has a physical disability that may require additional support to access the outdoor environment safely. • Requires assistance with personal care (e.g. using the toilet or managing personal hygiene). We are not insured to help assist with personal hygiene. • Requires medication to be administered by an adult during the session. Health and illness • Children should not attend if they are unwell with an infectious illness. • If your child has experienced sickness or diarrhea, they must be clear of symptoms for at least 72 hours before attending. Unfortunately, we do not have the staff ratios to provide one-to-one care. Where children need this level of support, please contact us to discuss whether reasonable adjustments can be made.
