Our HAF programme offers a balanced mix of physical activity and creativity and learning in a fun, supportive environment. Children take part in energetic fitness games that build confidence, teamwork and coordination, alongside board games and video games and encourage social skills., and problem solving. Arts and crafts allow creativity and self - expression, while nutrition sessions teach the importance of healthy choices, finishing with a nutritious, balanced meal to support growing bodies and minds
