Restorative Care for Families Workshop. This is a transformative supportive 6 week programme exploring what self care means to families whilst caring for a child with SEND.
We explore the (Five) elements of self-care :-
- Emotional
- Physical
- Psychological
- Spiritual
- Social
We take families on a journey of change, by understanding how to cultivate a more balanced and harmonious environment and lifestyle whilst prioritising self- care.
6 sessions - 2 hours per week for families/caregivers of children with SEND
