A summary
The day will be filled with Karate & Kickboxing training as well as weapon training ( including nunchucks, escrima sticks, Sai, Kama, Tonfa and Bokken!)
As well as Martial Arts Training we always start the day with a craft activity before playing team games such as dodge ball, tag and relay.
During break times the children have access to, basketball, football, giant games, inflatable football, den building and lots more!
The day also includes Sumo suits, gladiators and Sparring.
