Rattle & Roll Holiday Club - Gunthorpe

Our holiday clubs are fun filled and action packed and Ofsted rate our holiday clubs as OUSTANDING in all areas. Activities throughout the day include crafts, team games and challenges, dance, drama, tag rugby, dodgeball, cricket, yoga, rounders, singing and much more. Our holiday clubs have experienced and highly trained staff alongside a particular focus on fun, team work and confidence building to ensure your child has the best day with us! Please bring on the day: - A refillable water bottle - Suitable clothing and footwear for sports - A coat - we will always be outside as much as possible - Warmer weather - please ensure your child arrives at the club with sun cream already applied. Please also send a sun hat/cap for the day

SEND If your child has any SEND needs, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss how best we can support them. We will be unable to confirm your booking until we have spoken with you and discussed their needs. Medication If your child has any medication (inhaler, epi pen etc) please complete a medical form relating to this and bring it with you in the morning. This needs to be inside a clear bag with your child’s medication and their name clearly written on the outside of the bag. Collection In-line with our safeguarding policy, we will ask you to tell us who will be collecting your child when you drop them off in the morning. We will only allow your child to leave with this named person. If things change and you wish for someone else to collect your child, please let us know before the end of the day. Mobile Phones The use of mobile phone is not permitted. If your child does need to bring one, they should be handed over at the beginning of the day to the lead teach on arrival for safe keeping until the end of the day. Please use the link to our FAQs which may answer any further questions you have: Holiday Club FAQ Drop off: You can drop off anytime between 8am and 9am. If you need to arrive after this time please let us know via email prior to the day. A member of our team will greet you at the main reception door and you can access this via the path alongside the hedge and enter the school via the gate. Collection: Collection is between 4:30pm and 5pm. Our staff will be at the main reception door at 4:30pm. If you need to collect before this time please let us know. All children must be toilet trained in advance of attending a holiday club. We do understand that sometimes accidents can happen so please pack spare clothes if your child has recently been toilet trained. Children are not able to attend in nappies or pull ups. We are unable to offer physical support for intimate care for children in our care (i.e. wiping after toilet visits). We will offer children verbal and visual support in this circumstance. If they are unable to clean themselves, we will call parents to come and support. Further information can be found in our intimate care policy – available on request. We can't wait to see you!
