What to Expect on the Family Trip to Portsmouth
Meet at St Mark’s Community Centre, Newham, E6 5YA at 7:30am for registration and coach departure
Travel together by comfortable coach from Newham to Portsmouth for a fun-filled family day out by the seaside
Enjoy quality time with your children while exploring local attractions and making new memories
A packed lunch will be provided for all attendees during the day
Family Hubs staff will be on hand throughout the trip to provide support and assistance
Return journey departs Portsmouth in the afternoon, arriving back at St Mark’s Community Centre at approximately 6:30pm
This trip is open to families eligible for Free School Meals, based in Newham, East London. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

To be eligible, families must be receiving Free School Meals.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis

Cancellation policy
Only families referred by a professional and confirmed by email can attend — we won’t be able to accommodate unregistered guests on the day Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the trip Families must arrive on time — the coach will leave promptly at 8:00am and won’t be able to wait If a family can no longer attend, let us know as early as possible so the space can be offered to someone else While lunch is provided, please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance
My experience is an educational activity, and the ‘14-day cooling period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
