What we'll do
During our sessions, your child will enjoy a wide variety of activities available each day. We offer imaginative, creative and active play — and so much more. Children will have access to healthy snacks and water throughout the session, along with a nutritious lunch and a fantastic take‑home recipe kit. At the Toy Library, we aim to encourage children to appreciate the benefits of play by providing meaningful opportunities to learn and develop. All our sessions are child‑centred, and our activities are designed to support positive health outcomes. We also offer parental support and family wellbeing when needed. All our staff are DBS‑checked, trained in safeguarding, and every session is risk assessed with qualified first aiders on site. This is an open access session and for children from age 5 but MUST be in year 1 of school or above.

Help us
Please share any information regarding your child to help us cater for their needs. We do not exclude a child on their needs but , we need to know we have the staff to cater for their needs at times .Knowing how we can help to settle and reassure a child to a new setting helps us all to transition smoother. Staff are on hand to talk through and support you and your child to have a safe and enjoyable time at our sessions.

what we need
To book your child onto our session we ask that you complete a Toy Library membership if you haven't been to one of our sessions before. This is to ensure we have all the information we require as an organisation. It also means you can access any term time provision as well without having to fill out more forms.
