What we'll do
Our camp is split into two areas depending on your child's interests; One sporting activity area for Basketball, Football, Dodgeball, etc., and the other area chill-out area with activities such as Lego making, board games, colouring/drawing and a jewellery station. Children can choose from various free play activities throughout the day, with two structured activities after break and lunch. Some examples of the planned activities we provide are cooking/baking, arts and crafts, and themed activities with prizes. Children will receive a hot or cold lunch; we only ask that you provide them with a water bottle.

PLAY at Carden provides Ofsted-registered educational childcare services. Participants can expect a variety of enriching activities and a healthy lunch. Activities include: Multi-sports to get children active Arts and crafts Cooking
HAF Conditions
A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF-funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over Summer, EEQU will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back onto an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally, giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into EEQU and reviewing their Schedule.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
