Welcome to PIXEL PARTY – Where Creativity, Coding & Play Come to Life!

PIXEL PARTY is an exciting kids club designed to inspire young minds through game design, coding, and a variety of creative tech-based activities. Whether your child is a budding game developer, a curious coder, or just loves to explore new things, PIXEL PARTY is the perfect place to learn, play, and grow.

Each session includes a free hot meal and healthy snacks to keep our young innovators fueled and focused.

But it's not all screens and circuits — children will also enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor physical activities and free play, encouraging teamwork, movement, and fun (outdoor time is weather dependent).

We also have a number of themed craft activities to offer a fully rounded experience.

BEADCRAFT: Create unique pixel sprites using fuse-beads and turn them into beautiful key rings, jewellery or baubles to take home.

PAPERCRAFT: Build a paper replica of a classic computer or video game character to take home.

RETRO GAMES: Play arcade classics from the early 1980s (such as Pacman, Frogger and Space Invaders), classic SEGA games (including the original version of Sonic) or retro Nintendo games (like the original Super Mario Brothers).

BOARD GAMES: Try our selection of carefully chosen board games that ensure that we are able to continue our Pixel theme without the need for excessive periods of screen time.

Important Notes for HAF Bookings
No Session Limit: There is currently no maximum limit to the number of HAF sessions a child can attend in East Sussex, provided they are eligible and spaces are available.

Eligibility: Bookings are open to children eligible for benefits-related free school meals. Please ensure your child qualifies before booking.

Parent/Guardian Access:
Please note that there is no capacity for parents/guardians to remain on site during HAF provision.
If your child requires extra support during drop-off and you need to remain briefly to help them settle, please indicate this in the booking notes. A member of our team will contact you to discuss further.

Accessibility Notice – Summer Provision:
Please be aware that renovation work is scheduled to take place on-site over the summer. This may affect wheelchair accessibility at the time of the event.
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the accessibility status until closer to the start date. We apologies for any inconvenience and will update families as soon as we have more information.

***This activity has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council. Fully funded places are available for young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. This eligibility criteria has been defined by the DfE. Additionally young people in several other target cohorts can attend funded places, such as those with SEND or Looked After Children (LAC). Please note, eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process.***
