A summary

Join our Mat Pilates sessions with Jade who has a passion for all movement. These classes are low impact and focus on core control, breathwork and strengthening the body. Jade will guide you through each part of the class, assisting where necessary. She will provide options to keep the movements modified to concentrate on your alignment or offer the chance to progress and challenge yourself a little to leave class feeling the burn. This session is suitable for all levels and abilities.

After taking part in Pilates to improve lower back issues; I was amazed by the improvement and wanted to pass on that passion to others. I then qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and have been teaching in a number of locations around Coventry. I have since started my own class here in order to provide a controlled and balanced Pilates class for all abilities.
