Join us for an exciting Emergency Fun Day on Wednesday 26th August 2026, from 11:00am to 3:00pm. This free, family-friendly event is a great opportunity for people of all ages to come together and learn more about the important work of emergency services. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of stalls, activities, and live demonstrations, including a police dog display, offering a fascinating look at the skills and teamwork involved in policing, as well as water safety advice to help families stay safe while enjoying the outdoors. For those looking for adventure, a climbing wall will be available, providing a fun and safe challenge for all abilities. Creative and interactive activities will also be available throughout the day. The Scrap Store will be hosting emergency services-themed crafts, giving children the chance to get creative while learning, alongside face painting to add to the fun atmosphere. The event is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, offering the perfect setting to spend quality time with family and friends. A free snack pack will also be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: if your child is not yet of school age, they are welcome to attend this activity, but you do not need to make a booking for them.
