What we'll do
Deliver 6 'Care For The Family' sessions to support parents with primary-aged and teenage children. Sessions topics, 'It's Not Just Me', 'Love Them and Let Them Know', 'It's Good to Talk', 'Boundaries and Battles', 'Parenting With Elastic', 'Creating a Sense of Belonging'. Will provide a safe space to connect, learn with other parents, having meaningful discussions on parenting, self-care and building wellbeing & resilience as well as providing signposting information where applicable.
