This 1-hour Outdoor First Aid workshop gives participants hands-on, practical skills to handle real-life emergencies when professional help may be delayed. The session focuses on improvised first aid techniques, including making and using tourniquets, splints, slings and wound dressings from everyday outdoor items. Designed to be fast-paced and engaging, the course builds confidence in managing bleeding, fractures, sprains and shock in outdoor or remote settings, making it ideal for hikers, outdoor workers, adventurers and community groups.
