What we'll do
OTR's holiday sessions welcome all 11-16s who are either receiving free school meals, have Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), are young carers, or looked-after children. Our programme will take place on site at OTR, in a space designed to be inviting and welcoming for young people. Our flexible setup includes a large lounge, courtyard garden, and on-site kitchen. All sessions will involve movement activities, and we'll finish by sharing a delicious warm meal together. Our experienced youth workers will deliver interest-led sessions that build in different levels of involvement, so young people can choose what's right for them. Each session will be unique and all will involve something to take home - whether it's news skills, things to practice, or a keepsake from any creative expression enjoyed through the session. Activities change daily, offering inviting options across 12 varied sessions, over three weeks. Here's a summary of what you can expect from our summer programme: Flower printing - have a go at the Japanese printing technique of Hapazome and print nature based designs onto fabric (Monday 27th July) Arts and crafts - pick your preferred craft materials and we can help with some prompts and ideas of what to create (Tuesday 28th July) OTR games and activities (Monday 3rd August) Chalk murals - get creative with colour and chalks in our calm courtyard space (Tuesday 4th August) Sports day activities and flag-making (Wednesday 5th August) Wooden amulet creation - sand and file your own design to make a wooden amulet (Thursday 6th August) OTR games and activities (Monday 10th August) Planting and pot decoration (Tuesday 11th August) - plant a seedling then turn your plant pot into a masterpiece by painting it with acrylics. Please wear clothes that can get dirty with paint! Sports day and medal making (Wednesday 12th August) Stamp making and zine creativity (Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th August) Treasure hunt and prizes (Wednesday 19th August) If you have any questions about our sessions or want to find out more about us, please contact us at OTRHAF@otrbristol.org.uk

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
