Join the lovely Kate from the 20/20 Health, for this gentle exercise class to music, playing only the best music from 50s, 60s and 70s.
Are you struggling with your mobility and strength, or have you suffered with falls, this class is for you, designed to help with balance, co-ordination and stamina.
All exercises have adaptions or alternatives to make the class suitable for all levels, with optional floor work.
All equipment is provided for you, so just bring a water bottle with you,

When you arrive
The session itself is upstairs in the studio, if the stairs cause you a problem don't worry as there is a lift on site, just ask at reception and they will gladly help you along your way.
