Classes are £8pp - Please go to our website to book - available in our Take Part page (or search All In! - NYB) National Youth Ballet is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for up to 15 dancers aged between 14-30 to join our National Youth Ballet All In! inclusive ballet classes at South East Dance. In collaboration with Parable Dance, National Youth Ballet has been exploring how ballet can be taught in a more inclusive way. Join us in these classes to explore ballet in a new way! You can choose to take part in either a beginner or an improver level class. NYB All In! Inclusive Ballet Classes - Beginner Level (Led by disabled dance artists) Dates: Thursday 30th October; Thursday 11th December Time: 5pm-6.15pm NYB All In! Inclusive Ballet Classes - Improvers Level Dates: Thursday 30th October; Thursday 11th December Time: 6.30pm-7.45pm Open to all dancers aged 14-30 years with and without disabilities, no previous experience of ballet is necessary to take part.

What you'll need
TO BOOK: Please go to our website to book - available in our Take Part page (or search All In! - NYB) What to wear? Make sure that you wear comfortable clothes which you can move easily in, you do not need to wear ballet clothes, or shoes. What to bring? Bring light snacks if needed, no nuts please. Bring a refillable water bottle. Come ready to dance with your dance clothes, wearing the clothes you will be dancing in already.
What we'll do
During the inclusive ballet class, you will: - Explore how to translate traditional ballet exercises - Explore creative responses to ballet exercises.
