A summary
Nourish Minds is a 3-day wellbeing and mindfulness programme designed to help women reconnect with themselves in a calm, supportive environment. Set in a peaceful retreat-style space, the course focuses on self-care, reflection, and personal wellbeing. Through guided activities and shared experiences, participants will build confidence, improve emotional wellbeing, and reconnect with who they are. Each participant will also receive a FREE Womanifest ticket, extending the journey into a wider celebration of empowerment, connection, and inspiration
