A summary
During our session we aim to do 2 hours of sports and physical activities, which will include some of the following activities... basketball, football, hockey, badminton, cricket and lots more. Also an hour of enriching activities such as; arts and crafts, drama, karaoke, and several other activities which can be provided if requested by the young people. at lunch time we will provide them with a meal. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day. During our Wednesday sessions we will be going to the Lenton centre for a gym / swim session.

Please wear sporting attire that you feel comfortable for our sports sessions. if you are attending our Wednesday sessions you will need to bring a swim kit and towel.
