A summary
Inspired by the history of Northampton Saints, the Foundation uses the power of sport and the values of rugby to inspire, support and educate thousands of people every year. Our programmes inspire the current generation to learn, develop new skills, increase confidence and where appropriate return to education, training or employment.
This half term programme provides opportunities to take part in a wide range of enrichment activities to help support the young people during the schools holidays.

Timings of the day
The day starts at 9am and finishes at 4pm. A typical day will follow this format:
9:00-10:00 - Arrival
10:00-10:30 - Hub activities
10:30-12:30 - Activity 1
12:30-1:30 - Lunch
1:30-3:30 - Activity 2
3:30-4:00 - Hub activities and debrief
Food
Food is provided for the day; the young people will decide what they would like to eat on the day.
However, we know that some young people like to have specific foods so are welcome to bring their own if they wish.
Clothing
Young people on the programme are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing which they able to participate in sporting activities. As long as they are comfortable and wear appropriate footwear, we are happy. A typical outfit might be a tracksuit or leggings and a t-shirt. Please dress appropriately for the weather each day.
Transport
We travel to different activities throughout the day.
Activities on offer:
There are a range of activities which the young people will be able to access including:
-Gravity, Flip out and Top jump
-Arts and crafts
-Multi-sports
-Bowling
-Farm trips
-Ice skating
-Card games and Board games
-Well-being walks
-Crazy golf and footgolf
-Gaming and arcades
These activities are chosen by the young people on the day.
