Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.HAF-funded places are free of charge. As spaces are limited, we ask that families notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend so that the place can be offered to another child.
For paid places, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as staffing, food and resources will have already been arranged.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
