None HAF Funded - The Adventurous Kitchen

Children will create recipes working between sweet and savoury. They will work with ingredients that are in season at the time the club is taking place.

The children will gain experience in using new cooking skills and designing the recipes we are working with.

We will have a selection of fun-filled food games to encourage the children's knowledge and understanding of where food comes from, how we grow and how we then cook with it! As well of other activities such as word searches, colouring pictures and much more.

All recipes are created so the children can put their own creative mind in place and design their own take of my recipe. Children are encouraged to include food we are using in which is many fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits as our approach is to educate on the understanding of ' Field To Fork ' and where our food comes from.

THIS IS A HOLIDAY CLUB IN WHICH YOU DROP CHILDREN AND COLLECT - PLEASE NOTE NO ADULTS CAN STAY ALONGSIDE THEIR CHILDREN.

Alternation of sweet and savoury recipes, we love to use produce that is growing in the season but are very adaptive!

SEND Children who are toliet trained and the ability to participate in the club are more than welcome.

Please contact myself prior to booking if you are unsure on the capabilities of the SEND needs to be met.

Child's likes or dislikes - Children do not have to eat the food they make. They are encourage to include each part of the recipe but there is definitely no forcing of food consumption, its all about enjoying our creations.

All food created is brought home.

Lunch is provide but mainly a packed lunch basis. If you feel your children will struggle with the lunch time menu of packet lunch bag please supply a packed lunch or contact me further.
