A summary
The Wolverhampton Outreach Service are offering a series of coffee mornings that will focus on the unique experience of navigating parenthood as neurodivergent parents/carers with neurodivergent children. We have heard that this is something parents/carers would like to explore and to connect with others who have similar experiences; we are now looking to create the space for this to happen!
Our intention is for this space to be co-created with parents/carers and so we would like to hear what you might find most helpful from these sessions moving forwards. Therefore, this session will include:
A brief intro from Ali Egerton or Sarah Jacks who are both neurodivergent parents/carers of neurodivergent children
Time to gather ideas and suggestions for how this group can develop and support parents/carers
Setting the environment and structure to work for the group
Time to connect with others and share experiences

I work for the Wolverhampton Outreach Service, in partnership with the Family hubs, to offer support to parents of children with SEND. We can offer workshops, parent programmes, drop in sessions and coffee mornings.
