NeuroSTRONG is a specialised programme for neurodivergent young people—including those with ADHD, autism, sensory processing needs, anxiety, or learning differences. It blends movement, emotional regulation, structure, and confidence-building in a calm, predictable environment. The MoveMENt with New Beginnings CIC is a community-focused organization dedicated to improving mental and physical well-being. We provide personalized support through funded one-to-one personal training, counselling packages, and inclusive community programs. Our initiatives—such as Fuelled Sessions, Walk & Talk events, and Health & Hijabs—promote physical activity, mental health, and social connection. We aim to reduce isolation, break down barriers, and empower individuals to live healthier, happier lives.

-Ages 11–17 -Autism, ADHD, sensory challenges, learning needs -Young people who struggle in busy, loud or unpredictable settings -Those experiencing anxiety, low confidence or social barriers -Referrals from schools, SEND teams, Early Help, or open-access families

Adapted Physical Activity -Strength and functional fitness adapted to each individual -Sensory-friendly activities -Reduced noise, lower stimulation environments -Visual routines and step-by-step guidance Emotional Regulation & Life Skills -Tools for calming, grounding and managing overwhelm -Predictability, routines, and visual supports -Understanding emotions and communication -Problem-solving and confidence building Social Connection -Optional paired or group work -Low-pressure friendship opportunities -Safe environment supporting neurodiverse ways of interacting Support Strategies -Collaboration with SEND teams and families -Staff trained in neurodiversity, de-escalation, and sensory needs -Optional 1:1 support when required
