A summary
At NY&CI we will be hosting the Summer Half Term HAF Play Scheme for children/young people between 5 -18 (children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult). We will be providing a range of activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained.
The Play Scheme starts on:
20th July 2026 & ends 14th August 2026 (10am - 12.30pm then 1.30pm-4pm)
We'll be providing a lunch time meal and an evening meal for children/ young people to take home as well as cookery activities throughout the week, with drinks and snacks provided.
We will have a GB athlete visiting, day trips out, fun activities & sports throughout!
In parallel to the last week of Play Scheme we will have a 4 day Skipton residential.

Netherley Youth and Community Initiative celebrated 30 years this past year and continues to enable members residing in Netherley and its surrounding areas, irrespective of age and social exclusion to participate in activities. The aims and objectives of the charity are to provide social welfare recreation, educational opportunities and leisure provisions in the community with a view to improving the quality of living.
