AMBER BUTTON COMMUNITY CIC

A summary
Young Leaders Programme (Ages 11–16)
Our Young Leaders Programme offers a relaxed but purposeful space where older children and teenagers can socialise, try new things and build confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Designed for young people aged 11–16, the programme combines structured activities with time to unwind, make friends and develop independence. Sessions are informal, inclusive and youth-led, giving participants opportunities to have their voices heard and shape activities alongside their peers.
Young people will take part in teamwork challenges, problem-solving activities, wellbeing sessions, creative workshops, crafts and cookery, whilst developing valuable life skills such as communication, leadership, responsibility and decision-making.
The programme aims to help young people grow in confidence, take on new responsibilities and develop skills that can support them in school, volunteering opportunities and future employment.
Whether your child is a natural leader or simply looking to meet new people and gain confidence, Young Leaders provides a positive, encouraging environment where everyone can learn, contribute and thrive.
