Taking place this November, this soothing one-off gathering offers a warm space to step outside, wrap up cosy, and support your maternal mental health amidst the crisp leaves and peaceful outdoor surroundings. Take a breath, connect with nature, and meet a welcoming community of fellow mums. A gentle, pressure-free morning created to nourish both you and your baby.
