Looking for a holiday that gets children moving, exploring and embracing the magic of the season? Holiday HQ: Winter Adventures invites children aged 5–11 to wrap up warm, get active, and enjoy festive-inspired experiences filled with creativity, discovery, and seasonal fun.

Throughout the winter break, children will take part in active games, winter-themed crafts, team challenges, and imaginative activities designed for all ages and abilities. From creating seasonal masterpieces and tackling adventure challenges to building confidence through teamwork and exploration, every day combines movement, creativity, and fun in a safe, supportive environment.

With flexible booking options and trusted childcare delivered by experienced teams, Holiday HQ gives families peace of mind while children enjoy exciting, enriching days packed with festive spirit and come home happy, engaged, and ready for their next adventure.

Food & Drink: Children have access to water to fill up their water bottles. To ensure all children are safe, please note that all our Holiday Clubs are nut-free zones, including items that state ‘May include nuts’. Please note that if you have a booking through HAF, lunch is provided, and children will only need to bring a refillable water bottle.

Medication and SEND needs: If your child requires medication or has SEND needs, please contact JAG at hello@junioradventuresgroup.co.uk stating that you have made a HAF booking and that you need to provide us with your child’s medical or SEND information. You will be asked by the team to complete the relevant forms. These must be completed before your child attends.

Suitable Clothing: With sport & activity on offer every day - we suggest comfortable and practical activewear to tackle a range of onsite facilities. We suggest packing spare clothes for your child, that you don’t mind getting messy due to our outdoor play philosophy and arts & craft activities. For younger children – we recommend packing an extra pair of clothes for any toilet accidents that may happen throughout the day.

Unattended Sessions: Make sure you don’t miss out on the fun! However, if your child cannot attend please make any amendments to your booking via your Eequ (Menu > Schedule). This will free up space and allow other families to benefit.

Phones: We ask that all parents/carers refrain from using their phones/smart devices at the club.

A few key points from Brent Council about HAF-funded places:

Eligibility criteria – Children must be in Reception to Year 11, live in Brent and/or attend a Brent school, and receive benefits-related free school meals or have their eligibility confirmed by a professional. Universal free school meals alone do not establish HAF eligibility.

Christmas provision – Brent’s HAF programme provides four days of activities during the Christmas holidays, for four hours each day.
