What we'll do
At Mushkil Aasaan Play Scheme we pride ourselves on encouraging children to navigate, explore and ask lots of questions because we understand how curious our mini humans are. We love messy, sensory and imaginative play and we are happy to follow the children's lead. We like to teach new skills, get active, eat well and make new friends. We read together, eat together and make new memories. We like to go outdoors, especially to play in the park and when we have the means we also like to go on outings or invite various groups to do a workshop with us. (We've previously had The JellyFish Theatre, African Drumming & The Circus come to us). Our activities this time will include (and always subject to change!); Chalk Hydrodripping / Bubble painting / potato printing / dance / cooking / sensory play / a trip to the local park / a workshop teaching us the art of Dabke (A traditional folk dance originating from the mountains of the Levant). We are exclusive in what we do but inclusive to all so please come along and see what you think. Book early to avoid dissapointment.

Im as crazy as the children and know how to show them a good time. I truly care that they go home having had the best day that they could have had and tried new things. I like to play, get messy and show the children that they can do anything they put their minds to.

Extra Information you might want to know
Our play scheme will be open on the following dates: 30th, 31st March & 1st & 2nd April 2026 between 11am to 3pm. We welcome children between the ages of 4 to 12 years old (N.B children need to be properly toilet trained and happy to be left with us for the day.) Lunch and snacks are provided. We provide a warm, hearty and halal lunch where we expect the children to at least try the food. Please ensure we are notified of any allergies or food intolerances prior to attending. This allows us to ensure the meal is appropriate for your child. They are encouraged to help us prepare for lunch in any way possible. This could be in the form of setting the tables and chairs, chopping up some salad (supervised) or getting the younger ones to wash their hands. They love the praise and we love the help! Children are also encouraged to bring in a named water bottle (this will be refilled whenever it is needed). Please ensure any belongings brought to the centre are clearly labelled so that we can efficiently send things home at 3pm. Don't forget any regular medications (e.g. inhalers) if you need them. Children must be able to self administer, but staff must be notified that it may be needed. Day to day we always have a mentor led activity followed by some sort of physical activity. If children don't want to participate in the group we always have quieter activities set up. Parents are more than welcome to stay if they want to. If you would like to discuss any of the above of have other questions for us please feel free to WhatsApp / email us and we will get right back to you.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If you cannot make it please WhatsApp, call or e-mail us before the session starts for the day. This allows enough time for us to look for another mini human. Unfortunately we cannot take in any child who is poorly. Leave your germs and tissues at home and join us when you're feeling better

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
