Munch Club

Hope Community Project (Wolverhampton)

A summary
Munch Club is a fun and friendly cooking session where primary school children come along with their parents or carers to learn how to make healthy meals together. Each week, families will cook simple, tasty recipes, try new foods, and pick up practical skills they can use at home. It’s all about building confidence in the kitchen, encouraging healthy eating, and spending quality time together in a relaxed and supportive space. Parents and carers MUST accompany their children at all times.
