A summary
The aim of these camps are to introduce children to top quality sessions being run by qualified sports coaches in a safe and state of the art facility locally. There really is no better place to send your children.
Each day is a multi sport event where you can pick 2 sports from:
Hockey, Football, Netball, Tennis, Badminton & Rugby.
9.15-9.30am > Players arrive and are given their lanyard and safe place for their belongings.
9.30am > introduction to the day PLUS Strength & Conditioning with Ben
10.15am > Break
10.15am > Choice 1 Sport
12.15am > Lunch - see below
1.00pm > Fun activity
1.30pm > Choice 2 sport
3.00pm > Warm down and feedback
3.30 - 3.45pm > Home time
3 main meal options:
Hot panini, baked potato or pasta.
Accompanied with: Salad, fruit, crisps and bottle of water/squash (not carbonated).
As well as leading our LEVEL 2,3 and 4 coaches, we also have on hand A LEVEL PE students being mentored during these sessions by the lead coaches.
Our unique selling point lies in not only offering an enjoyable environment but also in providing access to local and regional clubs for continued training during term time.

We offer specialist coaches in a safe and fun environment, using modern methods and state of the art equipment.
Players try our sports and are put through their paces involving games based approach coaching and challenges.
On completion of tasks, the players will get feedback and options to play the sport further with offers from a local club link.
This is our unique selling point.
