This Easter, House of Fun and Space Store are teaming up to bring you an extraordinary Multi-Activity Space Adventure at the iconic Didcot Railway Centre – where history, science, and creativity collide! Set within Didcot Railway Centre’s 21-acre site, our base camp each day will be inside a vintage railway carriage—the perfect setting for an adventure that blends the wonders of the railway with the mysteries of space! Each day is packed with hands-on activities that will ignite imaginations. Space Explorers Activities: Our Solar System and Beyond : Get to know the ins and outs of the Milky Way! Rocket Building & Launches – Engineer and blast off your own rockets! Astronaut Training - Get ready for launch with astronaut fitness, Space food and fun! Adventure Activities: LEGO ibrick – Construct epic models with our ibrick kits. Arts & Crafts – Get creative with railway and space-themed projects. Outdoor Games & Challenges – Navigate cosmic obstacle courses and railway quests. Steam Day Special – Wednesday 9th April This day will be extra magical. As part of Didcot Railway Centre’s Steam Day, children will have the exclusive opportunity to ride a real working steam train, see the mighty engines up close, and explore the historic signalling centre. Discovery Day Special – Thursday 10th & Friday 11th April As part of Didcot Railway Centre’s Discovery Days, children will have the chance to explore the engines up close, step inside the signalling centre, and learn all about how the railways work. A true hands-on experience for curious minds. With vast outdoor space to explore, hands-on experiences with real steam engines, and a perfect blend of creativity, fun, and discovery, this camp is set to be one of our most exciting yet.
