HAF Oxfordshire

The Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) programme provides free places at holiday camps and clubs during the Winter, Easter, and Summer school holidays. These are for children getting benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM) and for a small number of vulnerable children referred by schools, family support workers, foodbanks or social workers. The Easter 2026 camps and clubs will open for booking on or around 16th February. These will run on selected days from 30th March to 15th April 2026. Parents can book a place on up to 4 sessions for each eligible child. Eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process. You do not need a voucher. Schools will be asked at the start of February to let all FSM families know that bookings are opening so that everyone has an equal chance to get places. Referrals for vulnerable children will be reviewed and approved from 2nd of March. If you have any questions, email us at HAF@oxfordshire.gov.uk.
