Football Boots and Astro Turf Trainers Advised (Fun Football) Our Multi Activity and Fun Football day consist of a varied option of 3 sporting activities, 3 art and craft activities and 3 fun party/team activities so there is something for everyone! Don’t forget to visit our gift shop filled with loads of fun toys and items for you to enjoy (card payments only) Come and join us and have the most fun filled day! ***This activity has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council. Fully funded places are available for young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. This eligibility criteria has been defined by the DfE. Additionally young people in several other target cohorts can attend funded places, such as those with SEND or Children we care for. Please note, eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process.***

Our daily menu choices changes each day to ensure all children experience a wide variety of healthy and nutritious meals throughout the week: Mondays Italian Vegtable Bolognese with Pasta. Followed by Greek Style Apple & Apricot Yoghurt Tuesdays Turkey Stroganoff with Brown Rice. Followed by Fruit Salad of Apple, Pear & Apricot Wednesdays Simply Chicken with Pasta. Followed by Carrot, Cinnamon & Cream Cheese Sponge Thursdays Shepherd's Pie with Cabbage, Carrots and Peas. Followed by Greek Style VanillaYoghurt Fridays Vegetable Massaman Curry with White Rice. Cancellation Policy
No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor.Cancellation Notice and Charges: • It is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel sessions. • Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged unless 7 days’ notice is given. • Parents must inform Active Education Sussex by phone or email if their children are arriving late at an after-school club or holiday camp. • For Breakfast and After School clubs we are not able to swap sessions unless the 7 days’ notice is given. • Holiday booking day swaps can only be made subject to availability and with a minimum of 7 days’ notice of the session you want to change. This must be done by email to the Active Education Sussex Office. • Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged. • All bookings must be made prior to arriving onsite. If you arrive at a site and have not booked your child will not be accepted until a booking is made. • It is the parents’ responsibility to inform the school if their child is attending after school club. • It is the parents’ responsibility to let the school know of any late cancellations.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
