A summary
Throughout this HAF club we will be taking part in a Muay Thai class, breath work and stretching as well as a nutritional workshop and many fun activities. Throughout the day we will take part in a range of team-building and independent tasks, as well as social and communication tasks. All students will arrive at 10am and be given chance to come in and warm to the environment. There will be fresh water and fruit available for refreshments upon arrival to prepare our bodies for the activities we have planned. At 10.30 we will take part in a warm up and then straight into a Muay Thai class which will be hosted by our head coaches who are both DBS checked and first aid trained, this will take place for 1 hour. At 11.30 we will take part in some breathe work and stretching to see us active until lunch time at 12.15. lunch will be served at 12.15 and the children will have approximately 45 mins for their lunch. At 1.00 we will take part in nutritional workshop which will run until 1.45pm to ensure children are ready for leaving at 2pm. There will be several funded spaces for those children who are entitled to free school meals or have any SEN. There will also be sibling discount available.

Thaifist Fitness CIC
We are all about building a strong community!
We are a local CIC in Birkenhead who work alongside the community to provide a safe space for all ages to learn discipline through Muay Thai predominantly however we do offer different forms pf physical training. We not only help people with getting physically in better shape but mentally stronger too. We believe our club is for people of all abilities and backgrounds, religion or race.
Lunch
There will be a variety of options for lunch, choice of a hot meal or fresh sandwich alongside a piece of fruit and a bottle of water. Children are welcome to bring their own lunch if preferred however we can not allow nuts of any sort including spreads.

Aim 1
Have confidence to take part in a Muay Thai class.
Aim 2
To know how to safety conduct a warm up and stretch to participate in physical exercise
Aim 3
Have further knowledge in nutrition and lifestyle choices in terms of the body and nutrients this will be done through our nutritional work packs which have been tailored to suit children.
Equipment
No equipment is needed however children are expected to be dressed appropriately for physical exercise.
