Thaifist Fitness CIC

A summary
Throughout this HAF club, the children will participate in a Muay Thai class, breath work and stretching as well as a nutritional workshop and many fun activities. Throughout the day, we will participate in a range of team-building and independent tasks, as well as social and communication tasks. During the winter days of provision, there will be a range of activities. We will be using a points and reward system for the activities, as we understand the importance of healthy competition and getting all children to engage throughout.
All students will arrive at 10 am and be given a chance to come in and familiarise themselves with the environment. There will be fresh water and fruit available for refreshments upon arrival to prepare our bodies for the activities we have planned. At 10.30, we will take part in a warm-up and then straight into a Muay Thai class, which will be hosted by our head coaches who are both DBS checked and first aid trained. this will take place for 1 hour. At 11.30, we will take part in some breathwork and stretching to keep us active until lunchtime at approximately 12 noon. The children will have approximately 45 minutes for their lunch. At 1.00 pm, hot nutritious food will be provided. We will take part in a nutritional workshop, followed by seasonal crafts, which will run until 1.55 pm to ensure children are ready to leave at 2.00 pm. This is a guide, activities may change depending on the interest.
Throughout this Easter HAF, we will be taking the children out, exact trip is yet to be confirmed, but all parents will be required to sign a permission slip.
There will be several funded spaces for those children who are entitled to free school meals. There will also be a sibling discount available for those families who are not in receipt of FSM.
