These sessions are focussed on improving mobility and range of movement at the joints, as well to improve the strength in your muscles. Many people think that mobility training is just for those who struggle to do daily tasks or who have pain. This is not true! Everyone can benefit from mobility training and we should all do it regularly. It helps to prevent injury, increases movement, builds muscle and improves balance and coordination. All sessions are adjusted to your current level and goals.

I have previously worked as a primary school teacher and have a degree in psychology. I tried to use both these skill sets to support my work as a fitness coach, personal trainer and exercise referral instructor.
