What we'll do

Get ready for an unforgettable summer of creativity, exploration, adventure, and fun! From beach discoveries and bushcraft challenges to animal encounters, water games, creative projects, and exciting team activities, every day brings new opportunities to learn, play, and make lasting memories. • Young Explorers (Ages 4–10) 9am - 1pm Perfect for curious explorers and active adventurers, our younger group will enjoy a summer packed with creativity, discovery, and fun. Children will take part in beach adventures, sand play, treasure hunts, and coastal discoveries, alongside under-the-sea themed crafts, ceramic painting, sea creature creations, and colourful artwork. They’ll explore the outdoors through nature walks, wildlife spotting, scavenger hunts, den building, bushcraft activities, and exciting outdoor games. There will also be opportunities to meet and care for animals, enjoy soft play adventures, cool off with paddling pools and water games, and get involved in fun food activities, healthy snacks, and hands-on cooking experiences. • Wild Adventurers (Ages 11–14) 1pm - 5pm Designed for young people who enjoy creativity, challenge, and adventure, our older group will experience an exciting mix of outdoor activities, practical skills, and creative projects. Participants will take part in Magnatag tactical games that develop teamwork and communication, coastal adventures, countryside walks, bushcraft activities, shelter building, and survival-style challenges. They will also explore their creative side through resin art, ocean-inspired artwork, ceramic painting, sculpture challenges, and stop-motion animation. Alongside animal care experiences, environmental projects focused on marine conservation and recycling, water games, and outdoor summer fun, young people will also enjoy creative food sessions, cooking activities, and opportunities to learn new skills while making friends and building confidence. Morass CIC is a community-focused organisation dedicated to bringing people together to share time, skills and support in an inclusive and welcoming way. We work to strengthen our local community by creating opportunities for connection, learning and personal development. Our activities are designed to be accessible to all, with a particular commitment to supporting individuals and families with special educational needs, disabilities and additional support needs. We actively deliver community programmes that respond to local needs. This includes working in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council to provide the Holiday Activities and Food Programme, supporting children and families during school holidays, providing healthy meals, enriching activities and free childcare places to children from low-income families, benefiting their health, wellbeing and learning. We also deliver creative, wellbeing workshops to support mental health, reduce social isolation, encourage self-expression and build confidence. In addition, we run a monthly SEND friendship group, providing a supportive environment where children can build friendships and social confidence. This also offers parents and carers the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences and access valuable peer support, or take a short period of respite. Through our work, we support individuals to develop greater self-sufficiency—financially, physically, emotionally and mentally—whilst promoting resilience, inclusion and stronger community connections.
