Activities Funded by Lowestoft Town Council and Food provided by HAF. Join us at Gunton Estate Community Park Park every Tuesday (first 4 weeks) of the summer for a fun-filled Afternoon of sports and games from 3pm to 4.30pm. Led by our Suffolk Positive Futures staff, sessions include exciting activities such as Ultimate Frisbee and “Can Off,” football, golf challenges, capture the flag, Nerf howler catching games, footgolf, and more. It’s a great way to stay active, try new things, and have fun with friends, with a full lunch provided afterwards.
