A summary
At MiniMe Mindfulness we teach positive mindfulness and mindset ‘superpowers’ to children so they feel more love, happiness, resilience, internal calm, focus and confidence. Looking at a Superpower within a session through story time, activity and arts and craft. Children will also partake in a 5 minute guided meditation by age related children before we start to help them become present in the moment. Children can have a journal to take so they can practice what they have been taught.

Our approach is different. We teach positive mindfulness techniques, not focussing on ‘fixing’ children but helping EVERY child flourish. We invite all children to onboard positive mindfulness and mindset ‘superpowers’ to feel more love, happiness, resilience, internal calm, focus and confidence. Which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. We have so many internal superpowers - we just need to know what they are and how to use them in order to live fully and lead a meaningful life being happy and thriving here and now. We teach positive mindfulness and mindset techniques in a fun and innovative way. We are extremely proud of the results that the children, working with our online programmes or award winning Mindset Mentors, are experiencing and enjoying as a result.
