Mindfulness Nature walk for Women
Sticks and Worms
A summary
Enjoy a relaxing nature walk around Rochdale's gem Healey Dell with other women. A chance to come with your friends or meet new friends.
We will meet outside Healey Dell Heritage tea rooms from where we will start our work. This nature walk is easy going. * We will end the walk with a visit to Healey Dell Tea room to enjoy some tea and cake - A treat on us!*
Walks are a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with the present moment.
Healey Dell is a beauty spot and nature reserve rich in industrial archaeology, 2 miles from Rochdale town centre on the way to Whitworth and Bacup. The River Spodden has carved its way through the woodlands down thousands of years, creating delightful scenery and spectacular waterfalls which once powered ancient corn, wool and cotton mills.
