A summary
Mindful Parenting Workshops is a series of four sessions that will offer a platform for open, comfortable, and non-judgmental discussions. Mothers and carers can come together in these sessions to share best practices, learn from other's experiences, and seek peer-support.
The sessions will be led by a qualified and certified female Positive Discipline Parent Educator.
Through these workshops, you will learn to increase you child's and your own emotional strength and well-being.
We have a crèche facility available, so you are more than welcome to bring your little one(s) with you.
We will always have warm drinks and refreshments for you during the sessions, so you feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for!
