A summary
We are an out-of-school activity provider offering a wide range of engaging sessions designed to keep children active, creative and confident. Our programme includes sports, football, forest school, soft play, indoor activities, cooking sessions, educational workshops and themed experience days. All staff are DBS checked and fully safeguarding trained, with backgrounds in education, childcare and sport. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where children can learn new skills, make friends and most importantly have fun. Healthy snacks and lunch are provided, and activities are structured to suit different ages and abilities, ensuring every child feels welcome, encouraged and involved.

Educational F.c is a passionate and dedicated children’s activity provider that has proudly delivered enriching holiday programmes for the past five years. We believe that time spent outdoors is essential for children’s wellbeing, confidence and development, helping them grow socially, physically and emotionally. Each half term and holiday period, we provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can explore, create and stay active. Our programme includes multi-sports, team games, forest school activities, park trips, cooking sessions, hairdressing experiences, arts and crafts, messy play, water play and engaging activities for younger children. From high-energy sports to hands-on creative sessions, we offer everything you would expect from a high-quality holiday club – and more – ensuring every child leaves with new skills, happy memories and a smile.
About us

We pride ourselves on creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where children can learn new skills, build confidence, make friends and most importantly have fun. Healthy snacks and lunch are provided daily, and activities are structured to suit different ages and abilities so every child feels welcome and included. A Typical Day On arrival, a parent or carer signs children in before they join the group. Activities begin promptly at 10:00am with fun, structured sessions. We have a short break at 11:15am, followed by lunch at 12:30pm. We provide both hot and cold options and cater for all dietary requirements and allergies. After lunch, children take part in further activities until home time. Collection is at 2:00pm, where children are signed out safely with a member of staff. What To Bring Please send children in comfortable clothing suitable for active play. Closed-toe shoes/trainers must be worn Labelled water bottle (optional) Children may bring their own football We are an all-weather provider, so please dress appropriately: Coat or waterproofs in wet/cold weather Sun hat in hot weather Sun cream must be applied before arrival All food and drinks are provided — packed lunches are not required. If your child requires medication (e.g. inhaler or EpiPen), it must be handed to staff at sign-in. Behaviour & Safety Expectations We want every child to have a fun, safe and positive experience. Children are expected to be kind, respectful and follow staff instructions at all times. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to: Bullying Aggressive behaviour Unsafe behaviour that may put themselves or others at risk Repeated refusal to follow safety instructions If behaviour concerns arise, parents/carers will be informed. In serious cases or ongoing concerns, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings to protect the safety and enjoyment of all children. Our team are trained in safeguarding and behaviour management and will always aim to support children and resolve situations calmly and fairly.
