What we'll do
Children will enjoy a wide range of multi-sport fun, with something for everyone to get involved in—whether it's team games, individual challenges, or skill-building activities. In addition to staying active, there are creative arts and crafts sessions and calming mindfulness activities to support emotional wellbeing, imagination, and self-expression. Lunch will be provided along with refreshments. Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for activity, hair tied back and jewellery removed.

Teens can also take part in gym-based sessions designed specifically for youth, as well as football activities that encourage teamwork, fitness, and fun. Everyone Active ensures that every child, regardless of ability or background, has the chance to be active in a safe, supportive environment.
